Can I get two facials a month?
If you have banked a treatment from the previous month you can get two treatments in that month.
Can I give the gift of a Hydrafacial?
Yes! You can use one of your monthly treatments and give it to a friend! Just reach out to us at the office!
Can I purchase this package for someone else?
Yes! Who wouldn’t love the gift of skincare! Select it as a gift during the checkout process.
Can I pause my membership?
The membership term is either 6 or 12 months. Payments will still be made on a subscription level, you will bank the Hydrafacials, they never expire!
How can I pay for the Hydrafacial membership?
You can pay with any major credit card.
When do payments start?
Payments start the day you enroll in the membership. You will be automatically charged on the same date every month.
When can I get my first treatment?
You can start your treatments right away and book your facial online.
What happens if I miss a payment?
We will attempt to charge your card automatically, after 3 failed attempts, the membership will be canceled. An admin charge of $40 will be applied to reactivate your membership. Payment will need to be made to continue your treatments!
